Welcome to the website for the European Go Congress - Bordeaux 2011 !
The congress will take place on the "University of Bordeaux I" campus in Talence, from July 23rd to August 6th.
This event will gather amateur players from all european countries, from 30k to 7d, as well as professional players coming from Asia (Japan, China, South Korea).
This huge go event takes place every year in a different european country, and up to 800 players meet there during each week.
We're looking forward to welcoming you, whether you're coming by yourself, with your family or with your friends ; whether you want to play, study go, visit the Bordeaux area, or just enjoy summer nights in a friendly atmosphere!
