Accomodation
A range of accommodation is on offer, suited to different budgets. You can book rooms in student residences directly with us, or else we have negotiated special EGC prices for rooms and studios, for which you have to make a separate reservation.
All of these offers are either very close to the congress site, or else in the centre of Bordeaux.
Accommodation organised by the EGC
You can rent a room in the university campus online, as part of the EGC registration. Rooms can be rented for one or for two weeks, for a single person. Different types of room are one offer for a range of prices.
Special offers for EGC accommodation
We have partnerships with the company “Ténéo” and the company "Confort Suites" who are offering special rates for the EGC. We recommend this option for couples and families.

Campsites
Two campsites are close to Bordeaux:
- A small family-run campsite (less than 40 spaces, for tents, caravans and bungalows) in Gradignan. Around 10km from the EGC, count around 20 minutes by car or by bus (the number 10 is direct). www.camping-gradignan.com
- Bordeaux Lac: around half an hour's drive by the "Rocade" ring road, this campsite has space for a large number of people. www.camping-bordeaux.com
