Accommodation organised by the EGC
You can rent a room in the university campus online, as part of the EGC registration. Rooms can be rented for one or for two weeks, for a single person. Different types of room are one offer for a range of prices.
Please note the rooms in student residences cannot be used for accommodation of minors (persons under 18 years), whether they are accompanied or not.
Recently renovated university campus rooms
Rooms can be booked for one or two weeks, at a rate of €150 per week and per person. We currently have 150 rooms on offer for this type of accommodation. Rooms are let from 4pm on the Saturday. At the end of the week or fortnight, the room has to be vacant by 10 am.
When renting a room, you have to agree to clean the room yourself at the end of your stay so as to leave the place as clean as it was on your arrival. Cleaning equipment will be provided, as will one set of throw-away bed linen per week. There is no kitchenware in the small kitchen area.
Please take note that we will do our best to satisfy your choice of renovated room (between ENSAM or individual one) depending on their availability.

Ordinary campus rooms
Ordinary campus rooms are also on offer. This accommodation was built in the ‘60s, and has not been renovated. Rooms in this category can be booked for one or two weeks, at a rate of €130 per week and per person. A special student rate of €110 per week and per person is also on offer, however you have to provide proof you are a student – a French, European or international student card will be required for this offer.
This accommodation consists of private rooms; however toilets and showers are shared. We have 200 rooms available for this type of accommodation. The rooms are less than 15 minutes away from the congress venue, and close to the campus canteen.

Launderettes
There are campus launderettes near villages 1 and 2. Payment in these launderettes has to be made using mon€o (an electronic purse system available on French bank cards). There are other self-service launderettes in Talence.
Gymnasium
There won't be any dormitory during the Congress. We are really sorry about that.
